Luxury Proposal Setup Terms & Conditions

By participating in and accepting the prize for the 2026 Luxury Proposal Set Up curated by Cozy in Color for a Special Event Giveaway (“Event”), the winner (“Recipient”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Rental Contract Requirement

  • The Recipient must sign Cozy in Color’s standard Rental Agreement prior to the Event date.

  • Failure to sign the Rental Agreement within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

2. Responsibility for Rental Equipment

  • The Recipient is fully responsible for all Cozy in Color rental equipment while it is in their possession or under their control.

  • The Recipient agrees to handle all items with care and return them in the same condition as received.

  • Any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of equipment will result in fees charged to the Recipient at replacement or repair cost.

3. Event Time Window

  • The Event includes a strict two-hour engagement window, which will begin promptly at the scheduled start time and end promptly at the scheduled end time.

  • Late arrival by the Recipient does not extend the two-hour window.

  • Cozy in Color is not responsible for reduced experience time due to the Recipient’s tardiness.

4. Recipient Responsibilities (Outside of the Cozy in Color Setup)

  • The prize includes only the luxury engagement setup provided by Cozy in Color.

  • The Recipient is solely responsible for all other costs, arrangements, and logistics, including but not limited to:

  • Transportation to and from the Event location.

  • Securing a venue or obtaining any required permissions or permits.

  • Parking or access fees.

  • Food, beverages, entertainment, or additional décor not included in the Cozy in Color package.

  • Any other expenses not explicitly stated as included in the giveaway.

5. Compliance With Rules

  • The Recipient agrees to comply with all Event instructions, safety guidelines, and venue rules.

  • Failure to comply may result in early termination of the Event without refund or compensation.

6. Non-Transferability/Location

  • The prize is non-transferable unless approved in writing by Cozy in Color.  The Recipient(s) must live in the Houston or Greater Houston area and the location of the venue must be in the Houston or Greater Houston area.  Mileage fees will apply if the set up location/venue is more than 25 miles away from Cozy In Color's headquarters in Katy, Texas.

7. Liability

  • Cozy in Color is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, venue disputes, transportation issues, or other incidents arising before, during, or after the Event that are outside of Cozy in Color’s direct control.

8. Acceptance

  • Participation in the Event and/or signing the Rental Agreement constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
